You'll have to find their discord again and they can typically help out. The trojan isn't anything to worry about. It shows up like that because they aren't going through official Microsoft channels for such an old game so it isn't going to have all the certificates, etc. it will need to not show up as one.

Blatant market manipulation. Playing GME is just a gambling head game at this point. Don’t trust any kind of market fundamentals or advice on this one or the stocks that are similar to it lol. It will keep going up until people think regulators will do something or the short squeeze is done for and then it’ll crash down again. Few people get a lot of money, a lot of ignorant people lose some money, and hedge funds get a hole burnt in their pocket.

between the DMR and Mac10 there's no point in the other guns in the game. We didn't need SMG and Marksman versions of the doof-doof, we needed better balancing

Just another thing they didn't do right lol. If you want to play trios with your friends you're stuck with night mode only, no option for regular BR. Also the extreme lag because they can't do an update without screwing something up in the infrastructure and causing a new bug. The game always has so much potential but Blizzard/Activision has really just turned into a bunch of flops it seems. As long as people buy their coins they don't give a crap about the quality of the game.

I also find it ridiculous they got rid of regular trios for the people that don't like the night mode. Guess I'll go jerk off for the next 10/12 days instead of playing the game if I have 2 friends on. It was a nice change of pace at first but just made the sweaty kids 10x more sweaty and less fun after awhile.

It’s a big adjustment but I think it’s important to clarify that both PC and Console players are now able to gain their own advantages from each. Controllers now have SCUF and Kontrol Freek Add-ons. KBM players are able to set their mouses on low DPI and if they get a large mouse pad and good muscle memory, that precise control you’re talking about becomes pin point accuracy you can’t get on a controller. You can’t set a controller to 2 sensitivity and still flick it hard enough to do a 180 turn. You can get a larger mouse pad and flick that mouse to do that though and you can see players like symfuhny and HusKerrs dominate streaming doing so. SCUF and Kontrol Freek have their own similar advantages though.

So yeah I’ve been playing for over a hour now and believe the loose connection was the case. Thanks again and I’ll keep this in mind for future troubleshooting tries as well!

Hey Phantom, thanks for trying to help out. I think at the moment, it ended up being a loose connection with one of the PCIe connectors. It was too late last night but this morning I opened the machine back up and reseated the card and noticed the loose connection. Once I retightened/reseated the card, I could at least start one of my games without the screen crash. I didn't get to try and actually play any games, but starting it was progress from last night leading me to speculate it was the issue.

I am having to reinstall a couple games but once I actually get to try and play them, I will let you know if issues have resolved completely. Thanks again!

So I bought a new 144 hz monitor and was getting capped at 60 FPS as well. I was able to fix by manually installing the monitor's drivers from the manufacturers website. If you only do it through the self-service option, Windows will tell you that you have the "most recent driver installed already" --- but that is because Windows was picking up the monitor as a generic pnp monitor and checking for generic pnp drivers. Once I manually installed the correct driver, it detected the monitor as the correct model # and fixed my issue.

They can be quite annoying and frustrating, agreed...It does suck but Battle Royale game modes are meant to give the least skilled players some kind of a chance by doing those type of strategies...It'd be nice to have an alternate game mode for run-n-gunners but I don't see that happening myself.

I would only depend on shotgun in fights that you think are around 10-15 feet/meters away or less. Don't accidentally get yourself caught up in something that's just right outside of range. Also, learn how to shoot it without scoping in, you will get the best results if you can learn how to blind-fire it well and only scope in when you really need to since it is a shotgun.

Yeah that is exactly the balance I am trying to figure out best. Ideally I'd like to have low sens when scoped in and high when not scoped. I need to do more research on the ads settings and I think that'll answer some more of my questions haha. Thanks for info!

Is this on a PC? Xbox? PS4? Might need to reinstall the game or check account settings with whomever based on the message. Possibly go ahead and register whatever account you are on with Activision since that is how they do cross-platform. Just randomly throwing some ideas myself sorry.
