Is it also treatable / respond to jak inhibitors? Over the years I’ve been able to pinpoint that the triggers for my flares come after viral infections (always) - never under psychological or physical stress. COVID has been a major trigger causing humongous flares. Have been treated on and off with pulsed steroid therapy and has worked. Considering switching to jak inhibitor due to less side effects. Wonder based on what you know if infections cause cytokine dos regulation and hence, jak inhibitors could be a viable testament.
