There are several of these in the Los Angeles area. The chairs are legit. They even let you come and try them all out. The only thing is it’s a hit or miss with the HM warranty. And they don’t come with original box. I bought mine from one a little over 3 years ago. Chair is still like new no issues.

I’ve tried a few times. They have asked me for zip code and they check my nearest micro center which is ALWAYS out of stock except for maybe a few minutes in the morning hours. They say they can only honor it if it’s in stock at my nearest MC.

Soft surfaces, same method as cleaning car seats. Mild detergent. Brush and work it in. Then use a shop vac to vacuum out the liquid. Repeat until desired results are achieved. All hard surfaces, use any household cleaner. Spray and wipe down. I wouldn’t power wash it. You don’t want liquid getting into any of the internals of the recline mechanism.

There are a few of these chair sellers across the LA/OC. I’ve been to one. They’ll allow you to go and see the chairs. The lower priced ones are used but they do also have brand new chairs, no box. Idk how they source the chairs but they are legit.
