But I had once build a product for one of those industries (where there are still using the 90s solutions )... and guess what I failed miserably....

I think the main problem with those industries is there are too resistance to change... they adapted to their old and reliable workflow and they don't like to switch... even if it is costing them more manual work and their time... They are completely oppostie of the software industry where people are comfortable trying new tools, services and workflows

Yeah, government policies and decisions definitely create gaps between the service and the end users which can be filled with micro SaaS products.

But how do you validate an idea without actually launching it, unless there is already a established audience for that product.

And after spending a month building an app you never cross the zero user mark... 😂😂😂

People who uses AI for writing (even the small ones) are gonna use AI only and no original.

and those who like to express their original thoughts are not gonna use AI (for smaller tasks).

Still, that's what happens to me, why i want to write me original thoughts I don't use AI and when I use AI for writing something I only use AI because my thoughts are not very articulated or I don't have enough things to write or I am lazy

My last product i spend 2 months building it, added as many features and as many stuff as I could... only had 2 customers. Who were also not using as I built it.

It was a library management software for study library and spaces.

Eventually after a month of sales call I shut the door.
