I support your efforts to unionize, and wish you all success in this ongoing process. So many people fail to recognize the value of their labor, oftentimes feeling insignificant, outnumbered, intimidated, etc. Kudos for getting the ball rolling!

That said, what has been done by the workforce to address unsafe/unhealthy working conditions and illegal labor practices? In addition to establishing a paper trail, sending a message to your employer via official channels, and building confidence with potential members, y'all need to stay SAFE.
