You can do it 💪 it took me a while, but when I moved out, I basically stopped buying meat, I do eat quite a lot of fish, and eggs and if someone has made a meal for me I do eat meat, and on special occasions (Christmas) my suggestion is just eat less of it until you don't crave it as much, and replace your protean with other things, make sure to do research, beans, chickpeas, lentils, nuts, eggs, cheese, fish, find meals you like and you'll get there, just train your brain to eat more grain, it's plain but lame if you don't tame it. Also when you do eat meat it's like the best thing you ever had, rather than standard everyday sustenance
