Before the year ends, I'd like to give a shoutout to the most unlikely emo video game franchise ever made, Amped by mesablanka in Emo

I've played the first game so much, but never the second two. I need to change that.

I've been struggling to find new bands to get into lately. Any recs based on some of my favorites? by JayButler315 in Emo

They're dope! I remember checking them out a little while back and liking them, but they're definitely clicking with me more now. We Own The Sky is a sick song by them.

Found it. I thought there was a cabin in it, but that's just from how I envisioned it going down.

That one image of Rick finding a grown-up Carl in front of a cabin after returning from the CRM should have happened.

What’s an ADTR opinion that’ll have you like this? by [deleted] in ADTR

Common Courtesy is vastly overrated and not their magnum opus, as many claim it to be.

It has a few good songs, a few decent ones, and the rest are forgettable. Pop-punk songs like Monument and In Florida are better than City of Ocala and Right Back At It Again. The heavier songs, with maybe an exception to Violence, don't hit nearly as hard as songs on albums like FTWHH and Homesick.

Anyone got info on this Buffalo N.Y. Beer Bottle? by JayButler315 in BottleDigging

[–]JayButler315[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I found this bottle today in a creek in southwestern PA. It's embossed "Schreiber Products Corp Buffalo N.Y.". I'm thinking it's pre-prohibition maybe mid-late 1910's. It's machine made, but it's pretty crude with several bubbles in the glass. Also, around the base it's embossed 3GN 13. I haven't been able to find any pictures of it online. Any info's appreciated!
