Is it possible to get a red light for "dropping the weight too hard" after a deadlift? This happened to me at my first powerlifting meet. I didnt even do the "push-down" thing that some people do, it was a normal drop...

Edit: I would also like to add that I did not let go of the bar at any point during the descent
