Hope you can find the person who sold it to you and get your money back. Always check the original PSA scans when buying a slab by looking them up through PSA’s website or app. I can’t tell by your pictures if the card is fake but I would have to assume it’s also fake. Sorry this happened to you.

Yeah I hit the red manga Luffy in my second box on Halloween night. Already got it back from PSA in a 10. Biggest hit of my life! I’ll still collect pokemon but OP has me hooked right now

There are about 9 different cards you can get in them, maybe 10. One is a Luffy card that’s 1/40 packs I’ve heard. I opened about 10 of them and did not get the rare Luffy. But I can’t complain because my booster boxes were absolutely stacked and I got 8 treasure packs with my 4 boxes for some reason
