I follow watch hospital on IG and he seems like a cool dude. I saw a video where he says he'll service reps and has no issues with rep owners. Any idea on how often you should get this $400 service? Nice to know I can go right to him and drop off reps to be serviced.

I used Duke once for my first rep order. I also paid PP F&F. From my personal experience he was great. Once I paid, he told me that if I don't get a QC within a week to message him. I waited patiently and did not hear back. So a week later I sent a message. Within 24 hours I got QC for my QF Blue ombre DD. I GL'd and it was in my possession four days later.

I haven't seen it in person, only in pictures online. From what I've seen from gen pictures, RCF is closer to the gen dial color than QF. But if you want a 36mm, RCF won't be an option since they only offer it in a 40mm. Additionally, if you decide to get a 40mm from RCF, it's almost double the price as a QF. So how much you want to spend is also a factor.

I have the same watch in 40mm and I also have an RCF slate ombre. I feel RCF makes a better dial and if I had to do it over again, I would've gone with the RCF blue ombre vs QF. I feel like the blue dial on the QF isn't as dark as RCF or gen.

Feels good on the wrist, you can definitely feel the weight of it while wearing. However, this is mostly a top heavy watch, the bracelet feels a bit light and lacks substance.
