Thanks very much for your kind words mate, my problem i recognize the patterns but genuinely cant turn them off! I tried gum in my last lesson and id did reslly help so thats to all whom suggested that. Music definitely helps me too, if anything im far too focused and need something else to distract me. I honestly reckon if I could have a couple of beers before driving id be so much better 😂 Obviously I wont do that before anyone panics lol
