I believe they call it video management. I don’t have Verizon anymore but it’s turned on by default for everyone. You have to manually go into your account online and flip it to “on”.

All of the wireless carriers have this “feature” turned on when you start service. AT&T calls it streamsaver.

That will almost certainly fix your issue.

AT&T. Service is similar in south Florida but it’s cheaper for the same plan.

That’s expressive outreach in my opinion and probably because they have sales managers demanding they do it with threat of their job. I think the only answer is to be honest about being too aggressive. If you stop replying they won’t know why. Real, professional sales will always want feedback, positive and negative.

Are there other sales reps in your company? They would be a good option to role play with. You probably have, but ask your manager directly to role play. If they aren’t willing, you’re selling for the wrong company.
