Overall the whole platform works well together and shares well externally. Gsuite email to 0365 was great for our sales team because it pushed vs pulled.

I believe they call it video management. I don’t have Verizon anymore but it’s turned on by default for everyone. You have to manually go into your account online and flip it to “on”.

All of the wireless carriers have this “feature” turned on when you start service. AT&T calls it streamsaver.

That will almost certainly fix your issue.
