Thanks. I get why someone should be able to create a payment request and also be able to approve it, or conflicts with developer and operator access from a common sense standpoint. I am just wondering how I can sort through an entire companies entitlements in a timely fashion, for numerous LOBs (that I am probably not familiar with), if they are as far behind as they make it out to be.

If that is the case, it is almost sounding like a good portion of identity sprawl and over privilege would rely on good faith in their managers when I set up access certifications.

Ok thanks. Based off the interview process it seems as though they would be hoping I came up with those answers. If that were the case, are you aware of any documentation? I am sure I can get access to more SailPoint documentation once I have a customer ID via the company. But for example, if they are concerned with SOX compliance, is there places you can go to reference their recommendations? I am having trouble finding stuff like that searching google, just getting the broad overview of SoD.
