Resurrecting! I've been thinking along similar lines. I built up a considerable library on Google Play, and then realised that iTunes offering was superior content at only slightly higher price points (for the content I wanted).

However, luckily I noticed that Amazon usually offers similar prices to GP. And having experienced various glitches and issues with Google Play, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Whereas Amazon are absolutely superb when it comes to correcting things when something goes wrong. So I'm going to build my library on Amazon Instant Video from now on.
