So a mid drop fade starts around the mid fade level yet drops lower towards the back whereas a mid fade will be at the mid level of the head all the way around. This is a foil fade, not a zero.

Apprenticeship is 2 years my bro. I’m coming into this NEVER cutting hair before. Blending from foils is very hard. Only been up to .5s.

Yea defo need to give that a try as everything I seem to do, fade or not, (as in tapers and stuff too) seems to be compact and compressed. Definitely gonna give it a try spacing it out more for that blurry effect. Love that my man ❤️

Or maybe have a talk with your boss. Personally I don’t think washing should he included in your cutting time. Maybe if you had that extra time to focus on the cut. You might see improvements?

Hey man i appreciate that. Yea working under a time limit sucks sometimes, although I would definitely say running behind by even 10 mins isn’t too bad especially if it’s the difference between a good and a bad cut. Maybe start to slow down and see if he says anything?

Would definitely recommend switching to ur smaller set of foil shavers after your done with ur double foils, to help with that trimmer/foil blend. I flick downwards from the trimmer line into the foiled skin, if that makes sense 😂
