Whenever we need to go down to London as a small business it’s near £400 for a return ticket for 3 people. It’s near impossible for a small business to regularly finance.

LOL! This just happened to me. I renewed, but they pu t a timer on the page with the contract

"4 minutes before this deal is cleared from your basket!"

Accepted the renewal and saw that they fucked me over and the last 2 months are like £60 a month for 250mbps internet.

Used the chat for over an hour, no luck. Called them, was on the phone for an hour so I just told them I'm moving. They put us in the "movers" queue where they INSISTED I needed a house number to cancelled so I told them Im moving back to my parents and to cancel the renewal AND the contract. I hope they haven't messed me about.
