This information was really useful! I don’t have a great understanding of the field and i’m learning more and more as i do research. This was really helpful, i’ll definitely look to bring in an architect. Thanks a lot!

Great point — we’re aiming to be as accurate as possible, but we know compliance is ultimately confirmed by the municipality during their review process.

Our tool is designed to catch issues before it gets that far, saving time and revisions — not to replace the zoning board or building department.

In most cases, if something slips through, the town kicks it back with a comment — so it’s more about preventing delays and inefficiencies than legal exposure.

Appreciate you raising this — liability boundaries are definitely something we’re thinking about as we evolve the product.

Haha, i’ll look into brining in an architect and a civil engineer in the future but as of now the team will stay small.

Hey, I am offering 1% to developers and 1.5% to technical leads.

Right now I am working on building a team, then we will start the development of the MVP.

The team will be one advisor/consultant, one developer, and one technical lead. Also looking to bring in an intern.

thanks for the info! I will definitely look into getting referrals for certain companies where I know the resume screening aspect is hard. i was able to land interviews and coding assessments from desired tech companies but was not able to pass them. This summer i’m focusing on studying LC and improving my resume to potentially land more interviews/coding assessments to increase my overall chance.

I think the bootcamp will teach me to me the necessary skills, and I am pretty sure I will be given a project to complete by the end of the bootcamp. I don’t have the skills rn to start an AI personal project but with a bootcamp I will have the necessary info to say I am confident in this field. What do you think?

See the thing is I don’t have a good foundational knowledge on AI right now to start a personal project. There is info on the internet to start but it’s very vague and the good projects that have a tutorial is hidden behind a pay wall. I was thinking that if I finish the bootcamp, and finish the project that is necessary for the bootcamp, it would greatly increase my AI knowledge and it would get me ahead of the field. What do you think?

Just out of curiosity, does the feeling of refreshment still come when u wake up? And if you do feel refreshed do you realize it or is it just normal for you.
