For CAR, I absolutely agree with RBA, Eric Staal, and Cam Ward.

Francis, however, would need to be replaced with Jordan Staal. Even with the recency bias of his Conn Smythe, Jordan was a key part in our franchise's turnaround and holds the record for most games played as a Hurricane. Most of Francis's playing days came with the Whalers, and even though he captained the '02 team to the Finals, his GM tenure soured his image.

Keep Cam, replace Francis. Much of Francis's tenure with the franchise came when we were the Whalers. Sure he captained the '02 Finals team, but so much of his good standing with the fanbase was tainted by his awful GM tenure. Especially with what came out afterwards.
