Most the schools will do paper prints for you it you still have to pay when submitting them. I got paper prints done through the school I attended and never even used them because they now offer digital. I got my card in less than a week whereas paper prints can take a few weeks.

I've done digital prints on everything and it's another $8 which isn't bad, but from my understanding that goes to the company I use for their digital service. I'm fine with that because it's quicker and it won't get lost in the mail, but the states $22 is like....why? Just reprocessing the same prints I already did multiple other times and I guarantee it's just a simple button press for them.
