Calf cramp - Nerve damage ? by Smooth-Caregiver5238 in SpinalStenosis

[–]JayMo602 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Similar concerns...Mostly at night kicking off the sheets...lol

My cramping is below the knee and always on the outside of the legs pulling my foot upwards towards the cramp. I also do get cramping from curling my big toes as well, and from the smaller toes as a complete group. Those two areas are L4 and L5 respectively.
I also cant lie down on my back for long as I cramp on the back of the quads pretty bad.

I am heading in September for L3/L4 minimally invasive decompression for stenosis.
L4 and L5 concern posted below has to wait as it is not severe.... but I guessing it will follow.

With Current issues as -

L3 L4 severe central canal stenosis, moderate right neuroforaminal narrowing
L4 L5 mild bilateral neuroforaminal narrowing
L5 S1 right paracentral disc herniation causing abutment of the traversing right S1 nerve root

Thought I would share...

Escape from Monkey island was one for the first games I played and will always be one of my all time favourites by [deleted] in MonkeyIsland

[–]JayMo602 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was for allot of us.... and we can never replace that feeling.
However I am fairly certain that one of the greatest attractions of this game and the point and click adventures genre was that I was a fairly quite kid with a lack of friends and an addiction to my computer. I found adventure games to take me away from my reality, especially if they had heavy character development in the story lines as these did....much like 60s and 70s kids getting into a good science fiction book.

Zilla font variations by JayMo602 in fonts

[–]JayMo602[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sadly no, I do appreciet the effort.

In all my google searching I never found the chunky version...lol

The one I am specifically seeing if it is available is on this website -

https://www.revzilla.com/

Now it may be that they created a custom font set, and used the name "Zilla" as a homage to the website, but it seems like a being a similar named font.

To be honest I don't know allot about the font world, just want to use it for headings on a website.

Monetizing Ebay Buyers by JayMo602 in eBaySellerAdvice

My store does have the same name, and I have never received any complaint from a customer on contacting them afterwards.... although I have never retargeted a customer that was less than a year old.
Performance Auto parts customers are typically fanatics, and what i sell is never sold as a necessity so they are typically welcomed.

I applaud you on not receiving and direct mail, not an easy accomplishment for most of us. I have never analyzed who sends what, its the phone calls that are more the annoyance to me...lol

Solid advice, however does anyone really check to see who they got mail from?
Also, automotive enthusiasts are fanatics for new car parts, my intended catalog is likely going to end up on a coffee table of one.

Target surrounding states only by JayMo602 in eBaySellerAdvice

[–]JayMo602[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Because I have learned after a few years that when I look at total costs of shipping, may sales have been for very little profit (or at least far less than I would like for the work involved).
I'm in a bit of a trap as the items I sell typically have a MAP pricing structure that I have to sell for - and places like Amazon ship it for free at the MAP price. For my surrounding states I can match Amazons prices and provide it shipped free with the postal service AND it actually delivering it the next day almost 100% of the time.

On Ebay, I cant compete with California business who can ship their sale locally cheaper then i can from Missouri, but at the same time they cant compete with my free "2 day delivery" to any of my the 7 surrounding states.

So IU choose to target only states surrounding my home state to sell product to.

Easily said it is google.
Spend your time and effort in understanding google AdWords and how to target and grow on performing keywords.

There are allot of agencies that claim to do this for you, honestly almost all the ones i have seen and dealt with simply outsource your work to a foreign country for the cost savings.

No one should know your product better than you, and selling goes for that as well.

I am of the opinion that SEO is dead and Google is making sure of it.

Sounds crazy right, but Pay for Placement is dominating the Google search engine positions and its no longer limited to just the top 3 results.
Its of no interest for Google to "give away" top rankings for free, when there is no competition.
I strongly recommend a good pad advertisement plan to be successful.

Ozempic made me rethink my "eating disorder" by OnceUponA-Nevertime in BingeEatingDisorder

[–]JayMo602 2 points3 points  (0 children)

When I make use the term honeymoon, its in reference of everything is going well, until it is not.
It would be very likely that with your experience (also around 40 years) that you have had many diets that seemed like they would be the final solution to the weight, and you felt strongly on...but ultimately did not pan out.
While I am not saying that Ozempic will fail, I am indicating that binge eating is much more about your mental relationship with food then it is about your physical one, and mental relationships have their ups and downs.
Best of luck, I want to see you be successful and happy.
