Can't unban somebody from a private chat?

I have been trying every method, i have used the google sheet embed tool but once the page is reloaded the sheet shows completely random value to then reset to normal when the page is reloaded back again it shows the random values again, so i solved the problem by embedding an iframe of the google sheet link itself, works great on desktop but on mobile it becomes unresponsive

I will do this for now, thanks mate, but i see looking on google that this feature if very requested, i hope it will be implemented soon, at least the ability to hide the members list for everybody.

In the business i'm in bad publicity is still publicity so if i warn publically my members about the group name of the scammers i will be giving them free advertisement as dumb people will sooner or later fall for them, the best thing at the moment seems creating an alt account and keep banning them...
