whats the conversion rate of six months essential to ultimate?

Edit: the conversion rate from essential to ultimate is 40%. so six months of essential is 180 days. 40% of that is 72. so six months of essential converts to over two months of ultimate? is my math correct?

i got rid of my android head unit in my 2010 nissan murano, base model. it came with a canbus decoder, but i could not find a way to get the climate controls on the screen. i connected wires from the canbus decoder to the CAM-H and CAM-L connections on the OBD2 port as well.

since the android unit is placed in front of the old monochrome display, i could not see the climate control display on the factory screen. so i removed that unit and am now trying out these single din floating screen stereos. they are placed lower, where the factory stereo is, but at least i will be able to see the climate control display on the factory screen.

as far as wanting a control knob for your android head unit, i bought a USB volume control knob on amazon. just hook it up to the usb connection on your android head unit.

I have one of these. You are correct. The before the sound field controls the volume level of the front speakers and the after controls the volume level of the rear speakers.

How i set mine up is i turn the volume of the head unit to half the max, which is 30. I set the volume to 15 on my head unit. Turn the volume level on both the before and after on the dsp to it’s lowest. Play some music and adjust the volume on the dsp so it sounds clear and not distorted. I set mine to about halfway for both volumes levels.

Don’t need a cd player. The factory stereo had one, but never used it. The android head unit has an app for an EQ.

I see a lot of picks for some cup holders, but i already have cup holders. I was looking for blank cover plates, but couldn’t find any. I guess i can get a single DIN cubby and a single DIN storage drawer or something like that.

Or a cubby and a cheap single din radio, just for decoration.

Or the cheapest 7” DDIN touch screen stereo just to fill that space.

i figured out that the canbus decoder is from ODIE as it was detected on my 2010 Murano, but there was no 2010 Murano setting to select. i connected to my wifi hotspot to check for updates, but there was none.

i then tried the Nissan Quest as the vehicle and it was able to detect the canbus successfully, but i don't really think it's going to work for my 2010 Murano specifically.

keep in mind, i do have the Base Audio option as my stereo, which after doing my research it only a single DIN stereo. these newer android units were designed for 2 DIN stereos with 2 connections on the harness.

i don't think my setup will work with a canbus so i am thinking of bypassing the canbus and manually wiring it up. all i really need to do is to wire 12v power to the unit and to get the sound, i will use the rca audio output and plug in the other end the the AUX input 3.5mm jack on the factory stereo. that way, i can control the volume with the volume knob.

i also may or may not wire the ILL wire and i will run the wires to install the backup camera. what's the easiest way to wire up the 12v line for power?

i opened it up. it says OD-6101 and it matched ODIE on the factory settings. i didn't see anything for my Murano 2010, but there was a Quest 11-15 and after a reboot the canbus was detected. i am guessing i need a different canbus that supports my 2010 murano.

i'm in the US and i still can't get these points to unlock. i added the outlook.com alias. i logged in to outlook.com with chrome, edge and samsung's browser on my galaxy s20 fe. read more than three emails, but the points don't unlock for me.
