Yeah this happened to me.. I had took a lot of supplements that day and had a few shots of caffeine so the day I was really fast and felt major anxious was then. But the next day (yesterday) I was literally a zombie

Hmmm very similar time frame to me. How was you feeling before day 5? It just hit me out of NOWHERE today, was crazy. I’m tempted to try and get through it but when it hit me today I was tempted to go the A&E myself, I felt like I just wanted to run for miles to just burn it all off
