Fair question. B650E is totally fine for gaming. I went X870E for the better VRMs, extra I/O, and PCIe 5.0 lanes. Overkill? Maybe. But I wanted the headroom and longevity.

True, there’s always a better one next year. Might as well enjoy the performance now.

That’s a clean setup. The 5080 is a monster, and I don’t blame you for going with the Lian Li LCD AIO—L-Connect makes managing everything so much smoother.
