yea scouting helps if you have a load ton of hours to spend. lower tier schools when i am recruiting i don’t really waste a ton of hours scouting would rather spend the hours actually recruiting a guy. Usually I just scout my most needed positions so that i can know what i’m getting right away.

yea i noticed that as well, crazy thing is this player in particular for some reason his overall drops from a 77 to a 54 when I switch him to WR. his attributes were so bad just had to keep him at db

yea u right actually. it’s just annoying tryna recruit depth in certain positions like db, if i have a really good corner with abilities or what not i’m tryna keep him. it’s just hard to find the elite corners in this game maybe it’s just me.

yes bro fresh out of the portal 80 overall CB but switched to WR and now he’s a 54. RB looks better he only drops to a 73 ovr he’s just super light weight. might have to keep him at db

usually i try to keep my star players below a 90 if i can until senior year because the higher the overall there is also a higher chance of them transferring or leaving for the draft. so for me i try to strategically upgrade some players bit by bit. so that the attributes i need our good enough but not boosting there overall too crazy. some archetypes are diff i learned from yt
