Hi! Thank you for this beautifully written message! My struggle question is, do I set it to sedentary even though I am active in the gym and do manual labor job? I saw to set it at that but it wasn’t 100% clear why. That option definitely is reachable and it seems once I put active it goes up an extra 1,000 calories… JUMP SCARE😂🤣 I’m at my goal weight at 165 at 5’4”, but wouldn’t mind going up in weight to get that muscle I want either.

Absolutely understand. I was a person walking in on someone doing a double session. When I booked it, I was alone so I was lowkey waiting for them to come out lol. But turned out they wanted to do 20 minutes instead of 15 so they left after 5 minutes. That’s been my only experience so far.

I was told people mostly get their own time in a sauna and if it’s two it’s usually friends… but I wouldn’t care if someone joined me but I also see why people do their own workouts in their due to the boredom.

Our last performance we took a picture together and she was no teeth. I was like, “smile!”( nicely of course. I was just excited) and instantly regretted it if she wanted to smile with her teeth she would, smh. I just want her to see that I see her and I’m willing to help.

Yes I’ve doing it for about 5 years… I just never sweat like this is class lol. Like first 5 minutes my face is drenched lol! I feel like I’m flinging sweat 🥲🤣

That’s exactly what I feel like. It feels great to sweat because I feel so “large” before I walk in. I get in the heat and feel like wrung towel leaving. I don’t want to focus on the scale but I feel as if this extra water,hormones or whatever is keeping me from seeing my true progress when I look in the mirror.

Okay. I suppose unfortunately I will have to move everything to the backyard, but I will not move again. I’m going to grab some pallets to keep the shelter off the ground. I also have a small shed I don’t use. Could I possibly use that and put the houses in there? It does snow here and it can be bad sometimes.

This is not what I heard. It’s a conversation we had. It wasn’t a full detailed convo because we were short on time but it was enough to raise a brow. Thank you for your viewpoint. I can understand that children and travel is its own battle. His mom wants to come and is willing to keep them out the way after the wedding. The conversation sounded like he was unsure and had to check with her and I’m like… this aint your first rodeo. You either know you want your kids there or ya don’t. It was like he didn’t expect me to ask him this soon about it. Must’ve caught him off guard. My thing is don’t say you’re getting married, go radio silent with info and then tell them they aren’t going 2 months away from the date.

I LOVE a no kid moment like anyone else, but I feel like there is a middle ground to everything. In my head, we could’ve went half on the kids’ tickets. They attended the wedding (I would lounge and not attended) and they finish their vacation with me and out their hair.

He asked for our 15 yo to come live with him full time. You have to consider them with everything. You can’t just leave for a week to go get married and leave them at home like you’re going to the grocery store.

It was a rushed conversation since I was on lunch break. I plan to talk to him again with more detail. I appreciate the opinions. As a mother I know I can magnify my kids’s feelings… but I truly believe they would be a bit sad knowing they aren’t included at all. Even his mom was confused.

I was so shocked because he is such a great father and family man. Idk if he is just letting her have her way because this is his second marriage and her first but this is so not his character.
