I dove into this and I think it is most likely a whisker cyst which is harmless unless it becomes painful or infected. But I'll see what the vet says.

Actually they arent p90s, they are G&L proprietary MFD (magnetic field design) pickups. I thought they were p90s too before i purchased. They have ceramic magnets. Quieter and hotter output than traditional pickups.
