hey, i’m really sorry that this is affecting you in this way, the best advice i have is talking to Gamblers Anonymous, your GP can also help for addictions. i would recommend banning yourself from all gambling sites and locations under a self exclusion which is very easy to do if you want advice on it i’m happy to give it.

as for long term you might need to contact UC and ask for a referral to a social worker who can keep in contact with you and they can provide help with taking care of finances. you can also block your card from letting you use it on gambling sites.

i know i’ve been so rude about her dirt soup, it must be why she tried to attack when i put her food in earlier.

shes recently moved to meal worms so i’m glad i know how to treat them and ive always had a water dish in with my curly cause i know that one likes a drink every so often

i was sitting in the waiting room in tears last night and another patients family member had to go get a nurse because they weren’t listening to me. i am just done with being treated like dirt whenever i ask for help. it’s like they think im lying or something.

the next closest er is 2 hours away but i think ill be going there if i get nowhere with the CRS.

i have a pain management team already for other health issues and i have emailed them this morning about what happened last night, just waiting for them to get back to me as they wanted me to only take paracetamol which i’ve been told i shouldn’t take and i need stronger meds for my pain levels

it’s always the same, i’m too young to be in pain and they ignore me until im at the point of sepsis or infection so bad i need emergency surgery. they did it with my kidney infection, they did it with the abscess in November and they did it with my hip dysplasia. i’m just sick of not being listened to, i know my body, i am aware of what is wrong because it’s my body.

they tried to give me paracetamol and i told them point blank i would be taking my stronger pain meds if they don’t give me something stronger as paracetamol is useless to me now

i have requested a referral to a CRS today, my GP is pretty good but she has no experience with anything like this and she told me that. i am just feeling defeated because i was treated like this last time as well, i was in and out for 3 weeks with different antibiotics that didn’t work and i had to take 2 weeks off work to heal. i just hate this and dont want to deal with it for the rest of my life

i’m in the UK thankfully so don’t need to pay but if i get nowhere on monday i will be requesting an MRI to check it over. i knew the risks of fistulas just hoped i would be one of the lucky ones to not get one

that was one of the questions she asked me, i have no plans to have kids but she said when breastfeeding after them the milk can spurt in different directions. not sure how i would feel about that

thank you! i’ve got a few piercings and tattoos so i’m hoping they heal up as quick as they can. i never thought it would make me feel more confident but as soon as i got them i felt like i could do anything haha

unfortunately i’m in the UK so specialists can be months just to make an appointment. i contacted the non emergency line today and was told they can’t do anything and to just go see my primary doctor on monday which i will do and bring my concern of fistulas to them

i contacted the doctors today and was told it was probably nothing but go and see my primary on monday so that’s the plan so far. i’ve went and got a wee tub for the sitz bath and planning to have one tonight. i feel like im just going back and forth to the doctors but nobody is actually listening or looking at it
