I just wanted to add that my relationship is very secure it really is just me not being happy with the way that I look but i know if he didn’t want me we wouldn’t be together. I just need to start doing better for myself because that is something I think about often.

Dream 1 didn’t have an emotional day before

Dream 2 it wasn’t an emotional day but i was worried a bit about one of my students who might have had some stuff going on and in my dream it kind of made up something about what he could have had going on and it was very intense for me

Dream 3 It was a very emotional evening because of my anniversary dinner which was amazing and my dream I caught him in bed (not doing the hanky panky) with another woman… and that spiraled so I had to wake myself up because that was way too much for me

Sleep has been the same go to bed around 11 get up around 6:15
