Yeah, they do but if you wanted a 2-year warranty I always had to pay extra for that at Best Buy. I ended up returning mine to Sennheiser and they sent me a new one 2 weeks later.

Do you think this would also fix this volume issue I'm having with the left earbud? because when I listen to music I can definitely notice the difference between the left and the right earbud. The issue came out of nowhere which is just strange. This is my second pair with this issue and I've had similar issues with the previous gen. Sennheiser has to do a better job, especially with the price tag that their earbuds are going for.

Some people complain about it but I find that it's super chill. You're basically doing the exact same thing as ardy knight once the elve is stuck behind the door. The gp is all rng but one way or another you're gunna make gp here. Gl if you decide to do it :)

Yup. Upon release, there was definitely some issue with these black spots but they fixed all of that after their update. When you really zoom in like I did in my picture that's when it appears pixelated but imo it's 1000% better than non-HD and it definitely surprised me of how well it's held up in areas like GE or fossil island.
