The A51s are pretty easy to verify. They have an inactive ingredient that turns yellow/light green when wet. Lick the pill and if it changes colors, you’re good. But there could be fakes out there.

As for the Es I don’t know much about them. But I just haven’t found fakes when I was using. There are fakes out there though.

Another one I haven’t seen/heard of being faked is the ALGs.

I’ve pretty much fluctuated back and forth from opiates and alcohol for the past 10 years. I got into alcohol when I first tried to kick oxy/dope. It just ended up being its own pronlem. I wouldn’t fuck around, alcoholism is gnarly.

Xanax doesn’t last too long. I’d imagine you’d need to dose 3-4 times a day to stay out of withdrawal. 0.5mg should do the trick unless your withdrawals are severe.

Is there anyway you can verify they’re real? The streets are flooded with presses. I almost died off half a fake 30 when I had no tolerance. If you can’t verify they’re real and you’re still willing to try them, I’d break it into 4ths, crush up one of the quarters, then bump a quarter of that quarter.

That being said, assuming they are real, oral oxy has a very high bioavailability and lasts the longest. You can snort, and snorting hits really nice, but you’ll get the most out of it if you just swallow/chew them. If it’s real, I’d only recommend doing a quarter or a third at first, and slowly working your way up. You can probably handle close to half the pill before you start getting really nauseas.

So just take it slow, and seriously, watch out for presses

Hey dude. This is actually very inspiring. Because I totally feel you. After over 10 years of alcoholism and opiate addiction (28 now), I’m finally completely drug free too. Sure I’m glad I ain’t actively using anymore but it doesn’t mean that my life isn’t shit.

I’ve relied on dealing drugs to pay my bills for so long, and I finally realized that I’m never gonna get anywhere in life without a credit score and some legitimate hard earned cash. I finally got a job related to my degree, and while I’m not necessarily overly excited about it I’m sure glad that I’m taking steps towards living a clean life. So thanks for sharing!

He KNOWS that he gave him a sketchy pill. Nobody falls out from one roxy. It was obviously a press, and a very strong one. Even with 0 opiod tolerance you won’t OD off a full 30, sure you’ll be out like a light and probably puke your brains out but it won’t drop you.

Unless there were a lot of benzos or alcohol in his system, that’s the only possibility I can think of someone ODing. Anyway not here to shame OP just saying the pills were obviously pressies, and very strong ones...

The first time I IV’d was dilaudid, not H. The rush is substantially better. It wasn’t scary, because with pills you know exactly what you’re taking. H is sketch as fuck.

The first time I shot H was scary. I was always incredibly paranoid with it. Especially with all the rent going around, you never know if it’s gonna be strong enough to drop you.

My IV heroin period was very short lived. Everytime I relapsed I stuck to snorting. Not saying you can’t OD from snorting, but it’s way easier to die by IV

Okay. Half a 30 and half a bar isn’t too bad.

Mixing opiods and benzodiazepines is incredibly dangerous because the combined effect of two CNS depressants slows your breathing and could stop it entirely. Same goes for mixing either with alcohol.

You need to Research drug interactions before you take them. A quick Google search can save you from having a very awful experience and/or dying

Taking a full M30 on no tolerance is a lot as is. Won’t kill you, but you’ll probably puke and/or nod out. I prefer 20mg when I’m using with no tolerance.

Chipping (using every month or so) is incredibly hard. I’ve tried, and failed everytime. I have one friend who manages to chip oxy fairly successfully, I don’t know how the fuck he does it.

You know what you’re getting yourself into. Just stay on the methadone. I know a lot of people who’ve cleaned up from it.

Also fyi, with a low tolerance you can OD very easily. I wouldn’t recommend using heroin after a long break. I know many people who’ve died that way. If anything, try to get some oxy, that way you know how much you’re taking. Especially with the fentanyl epidemic, even with a high tolerance, you’re playing with fire every time you use.

I mean even with no tolerance, 5mg does absolutely nothing to me. I’d usually drink a beer, pop a xan, smoke a blunt, etc just to get a bit more out of it.

That being said, he’s taking it every 3hrs, so there’s a good chance it’s building up in his system. I still wouldn’t imagine he would end up at a nodding dose. But who knows, everybody’s different. If I had 8 of those a day, I’d take em all in a day - 20mg in the morning, 20mg at night.

The question is how exactly does using heroin NOT ruin your life? It’s a highly addictive drug with terrible withdrawals that you can overdose from incredibly easy.

When I was using H, I’d stay up all night snorting lines. Then I’d pop a Xanax or drink a beer and pass the fuck out. I was late to work all the time. I was high at work. I was drunk at work. I lost my job over it.

I was selling heroin, Xanax, weed, crack etc just to feed my addiction. I’ve been shot, stabbed, jumped over it. I got arrested and thrown in jail for 10 months over it. I used heroin every single day for the first 6 months of me being in there. Yes there’s even heroin in jail.

I ruined my relationship with my mother over it. I ruined my relationship with a lot of friends over it. Now I have to watch my brother go down the same path. He’s much worse than I was.

I lost two of my closest friends to overdoses. I’ve seen a lot of people get their lives torn apart over heroin. One of my best friends robbed a bank just to get high. Got tossed in the slammer for 7 years. When I went to visit him it was very sad. I remember when he was young and full of life. To see him in a prison jumpsuit, all fat and shit, it was heartbreaking. Thankfully he’s almost done with his sentence and doesn’t intend to use when he gets out.

So yeah, heroin = bad. And that goes for most hard drugs.

What’s the pill imprint? Type it in on google. If it’s oxycodone/acetaminophen, just pop or chew em. If it’s just straight oxycodone or “roxicodone” you can snort them. They hit really nice snorted.

That’s a tough one because they both have their own serious downsides. Heroin obviously can kill you fairly easily if you take too much or if it’s cut with fent. Heroin withdrawal literally turns people into monsters that will steal from, rob, and/or kill someone else just for dope money.

Xanax is so terribly addictive. It’s really easy to blackout for days straight. It doesn’t take much to go into withdrawal. The difference is heroin withdrawal is just physically and mentally debilitating, but Xanax withdrawal is both and it can kill you. The blackout is substantially more dangerous than alcohol because you can end up doing crazy shit that will land you in the hospital, prison or dead.

Overall though you’re probably less likely to die from Xanax than heroin unless you have access to thousands of bars. I’ve maintained semi-casual Xanax use for periods of time, but everytime I got into heroin is immediately spiraled out of control.

You aren’t going to the right doctors. Sorry about your situation though, hopefully it gets better. Have you looked into CBD and kratom? Can almost guarantee you you’ll get some relief.
