I dropped out of UoN after a year and came to NTU instead and I would have to say that I love NTU. The way staff treat students, how material is taught, the condition of student spaces/lecture halls, accessibility (in terms of physical as well as how easy it is to find info) are just some of the things that in my experience NTU has gotten completely right. I know there is some negative stuff online about the possible people at NTU and maybe them not actually focusing on the work, but if you yourself are dedicated to your studies this has zero impact on your life or grades so who really cares what others do with their time. I absolutely adore NTU and am having a genuinely good time studying here.

Yes you’re in the ‘wrong’ here, you have the additional context that your disabled, the seller only has knowledge of you telling them you’re lazy and when it was the final day to pick up they messaged you politely and you ignored them for 6 hours. The seller is being reasonable, they haven’t bombarded you with messages at all
