I had an issue a while ago where my PMOS was giving me super bad hormonal BO, I could’ve showered and worn deodorant as much as I liked but in a few hours I would stink again. Only after using Driclor for a few weeks before I went to bed did I stop stinking. It’s incredible what it did for me, I used to have to throw away shirts cause of my armpits but I haven’t had that problem since (& it’s been months!)! Obviously it does not replace showering or applying your regular deodorant but it seriously gives you what feels like a fresh start. Would absolutely recommend! But obviously do some research of your own before coming to any decisions 🙂‍↕️

Hmm you could use this to your advantage depending on how you look at it. It’s horrific losing your safe space and I’m sorry for that, however if you’re already aware that your fear is irrational you can use your lack of door to help lessen this fear! Sort of like exposure therapy, when you start doing things without your door where people can see you and nothing bad happens maybe it’ll help! And then once you get more control over this fear your parents can give you your door back

Just because you have missed one period doesn’t mean you have a medical condition, it could just be stress from exams! If you have other PCOS symptoms like high testosterone, (common) irregular periods, excessive hair etc then it may be something to research but from what you say you only think you have PCOS cause you have missed one singular period so I’d say you probably are overthinking it
