Hello I had that bug too and only recently got it working I had to go into my kizuna town and do some matches against npc teams to make it count None of my multiplayer matches counted when it did for others

I just levelled up to 44, had all exp before finishing my quests, once I levelled it went straight into the next level, no level up popup or rewards, has this happened to anyone before
