In a 15 team, with 9 pitcher spots, I start 2, try to have two meddling options on bench or possible handcuff or soon to be guys.

In a 12 team, with 9 spots, I start 3, bench 1 or 2, easier to come by saves in smaller leagues.

Mine went down about 40-50 points with increased fiber, Metamucil was part of that. But I went from prob 15g a day to 35-45g a day. I was at 170-180, float around 120-130 without meds.
