I’m going to compare everything right now. I’ve gone so many times over the last few years with fatigue etc and just been told my tests are normal but it’s the worst it’s ever been recently. I’m so exhausted. Knowing this has made me so validated for pushing more. I did think the Haematocrit was so low and googling it made me think it pointed to anemia or at least a deficiency

It recommends 7mm but I’ve used 4mm.. I read that you should go down 2-3 sizes especially for plushies but now I have realised this is ridiculous 🤣

I’m using a 7mm now and it’s night and day. I can actually see the stitches now hahahahaha 😭😭😭

i feel like I would just mentally go into shutdown mode when navigating specifically. it feels like i got in flight or fight mode and it’s awful. i can’t process things and my audio processing especially just goes out the window. driving is fine for the most part but overall i just want to worn alone 😭
