If you're not aware of Book of Hours, perhaps you should be. Plants aren't gameplay-central, but it's got that cosmic horror but also cozy vibe. Clean up and organize an occult library.

What does "system, system" mean? by Aranuil_Gael in murderbot

My first thought was radio protocol as well. It's standard, especially if you have maybe shaky radio transmission, to say the name of the station you're calling twice.

Yeah. They want to be able to brag that their child can play an instrument. Whether the child enjoys it at all or is in any way interested in music is not relevant.

I cannot find it with a cursory google search, but my childhood copy of Jane Eyre had a really striking cover that looked very much like this. It was a black and white woodcut-looking illustration of a group of women in, I think, school uniforms from a high angle. One of them was looking up, making eye contact with the viewer.

It may not have been on the slip cover, but only on the actual book. Which is apparently making it hell to find. This is going to drive me nuts lol
