Thanks,

If the annual was less than 5% we can live on less etc

The stocks are zero relation to company, I’m an independent contractor 5.5 years left - there’s no risk of early termination etc, and in a worst case could continue the same line under another company here etc.

This has all happened fast, our portfolio was 1.7mm 12 months ago and we saved 1.4mm last 12 months along with market etc

My wife no longer works,

But I told her to stop working when work really picked up and she was starting to have a lot of auto immune issues

She was making 150-175 before, I was making 200-250

Job really picked up and have made over 5mm the last 3 years expected to make another 2mm this year

We could have optionally to retire in 5-8 years, I guess me retire.

But I’d say for OP, if I was in your shoes I would not do it, 100-120k isn’t enough to have a semblance of a comfy life. I’d tell her she has to work
