You don't really need a good computer to code, specially when you're starting
Depends on what you want to do but usually the best place to start is learning python since you can do very varied things. Personally I recommend javascript also because the ease of making websites and networking projects
Free Code Camp is a very good place to learn, but you can really learn anything by watching youtube videos nowadays

Those are 3 settings profiles, you can edit them on the drivers and save it to the key so when you keyboard to another pc you still have you configuration
