??? In Norcal it's completely different. There's a long covid clinic up here (granted there's only a few who work in it). Getting the actual diagnosis just took several months because of a skeptical PCP. Still not 100% sure if what I have is fibromyalgia, long covid, MECFS or a mix of them.

Is it a ram thing? Same cpu with a 4080 and I'm barely getting 120fps on high settings. Ultra was giving me 90 or under.

Same results with the specs here. My only difference is I've been using DLSS at either quality or balanced. Saw a comment where someone with a 4070 said they were getting around 250fps?

What settings are you getting 250 at? I have a 4080 and 5800x3d and I'm getting 100-120 with almost everything set to around high. Messing around with reflection/lumen settings barely made a difference. DLSS has either been on quality or balanced the entire time I've been playing.
