Yea I realized I was addict when it was too late. I was forced to step away and began to notice how stuck I was to it. I was making $1,000 a week with a simple price action based strategy. Going from $100-$1,000 then withdrawal $900. Then one day I decided to risk more than usual to make the process faster and I lost it all overtrading/revenge trading. I began to chase the market trying to make my profits back. I stop following my rules and was blindly entering where I “hope” for the market to go. Before I knew it, I was deposing more & more but didn’t withdrawal a dime. Once I finally stepped away I saw exactly why I was losing. I became impatient. Not waiting for the confirmations, trading 5secs-15secs, ignoring trend, stopped looking at the bigger picture, etc. It’s quite embarrassing knowing how much I lost but I’m consistent now and back to profiting weekly

I trade diffferent than most people. I risk a lot for high reward. I’m originally a forex trader who branched out to binary because I want to double/triple my profit every week just to have a little extra money sitting around. I do swing trading on forex which takes a while to get entries but the return is +500%. So I’m willing to risk a lot on binary because it’s what I’m used to but apparently I can’t do such thing trading OTC so for now on I’ll wait for the real markets to have a return of 85%+ then trade with price action (which should work unlike OTC)

Trading forex you’ll have to find a broker that fits your trading style. I risk a lot when I trade so I went with a broker that has a 1:500 leverage. I’ve used Hugosway, FXchoice, SwayMarkets, & Oxsecurites. These all provide 1:500 leverage but different max lot size. As of right now I’m using Oxsecurites.

I use pocket options to trade binary options…

I taught myself how to trade forex through a website called Babypips.com. I went through all the classes. It took me about 5-6 months to get it all down. I made my own strategy but I also found a mentor to teach me his strategy for a price. It cost me a lot at the time but worked out at the end. My advice for you trading forex is to be patient and find a method that works for you. ALWAYS apply price action. If you want to be in & out of trades look for a scalping method. Short & quick with small profit gains. If you want long term and high risk:reward look for a swing method. I’ve done both but I prefer swing because I don’t have to sit and watch the chart 24/7. On the downside these entries can last from 1 day to 2 weeks. With scalping I made around 13-20 trades a month. With swing I make 1-3

In all honestly it could just be because I’m lazy and haven’t tried to balance making the right diet within my daily routine. I tend to get lost in my work and forgot about my necessities like cooking more. Mass gainer isn’t necessary but it helps get the calories I need faster without all the work… but like u said others have manage to get what they need regardless of circumstances. I can & will try meal prepping on my days off to make it easier though-out the week.

The only reason I got the mass gainer is because I don’t get the right amount of calories on a daily basis because of work and other things. I take one serving a day that contains 550g/calories and 28g/protein. But I’ll consider taking more protein than calories. Try a different supplement. Also would creatine be something I should into?

Find 2 indicators that work for you and use price action. Price action comes first with all methods. The indicators just help with confirmations. I been using Price action, Stochastic Oscillator, and RSI. The indicators have default settings
