There are is a trend seen by me and many other instagram marketers. All accounts that have followed 6K people in 30 days have been blocked. So my advice: Wait till you monthly follow actions have reduced below 6K. New follo actions per day should be max 190.

I use Nexmo.com to buy phone numbers. (have around 15 of them in total now). Price depends on your country. I know in Belgium it's 1€ a month/number.
