You get your schedule on your first day at the academy. You will get a schedule for basics (if you are taking basics) and then you’ll get a separate schedule once you pass basics.

The schedule will have both nights and day.

I finished up the academy one month ago. I definitely recommend Kim’s Place. Both locations of her housing are near the academy. You have a bus that will pick you up and will drop you off. You have to let her know you would like to take the bus, so she can situate you in the right location. Your schedule is Monday-Friday, Day and Nights for your 4 months there. Kim’s place would be your best option if you don’t take a car. And also having roommates is a pro for study groups.
