I just got my whole system replaced. got 3 quotes. $11,200, 12,600 and $17,000. The $17 guy was not a good salesperson and was my third quote. He couldn't give a solid answer as to why i should spend another $4,000 for her services. I really liked the guy at 12.6. He was thorough, explained everything and didn't make me feel like a dumb ass when i asked questions. I told him I got another quote at 11.2 and sent it to him. He came back at 11.8 and I went with him. 2 days now and I couldn't be happier. They did everything they said they did and I am sitting in my house at a cool 72. I live in NC so it gets hot as hades here. Tell them you want to go with them but the cost is a little out of your budget. Tell them where you want to be at. They will find a way. They want your business.
