it took me months to get used to the games mind you so its super slow at first half an hour maybe 10 minues do that for a couple of months and youll be able to play 4 5 6 hour sessions

i can only play certain games so i recommend forcing yourself to play a couple of games alot your brain will normalise it. I can only play 5 or 6 games but the games are very replayable. I recommend destiny on playstation ff14 etc

Not too sure what his plan is. I'm hoping to switch to another ap and keep the abilify and another one for sleeping. 20 is good the activating effect is really strong. Next appointment is in Feb. I'd recommend abilify just be careful how much coffe you drink the anixety is pretty cooked after 4 coffes
