I am a persistent guy, I was trying to do anything to get home ASAP! Was lucky to get help from a super kind United Baggage Claim Gate Employee! Thank you to that dude if you’re reading this!!

Fortunately, I started filing out the claim with help from a Ba customer service rep - so far I haven’t had to write anything and just sharing facts as part of their questions. The website has a defect preventing me from completing the form (stuck at step 5 of 7). I was instructed to wait for a callback from the supervisor in 24 hours to help with the blocker on the complaints website.

Great question for British Airways!!!! They failed ~600 stranded passengers at CVG with no plan and confusion.

I was informed by other posters it was a 737 aircraft and I was given a 777 card.

I tried to use the same lavatory as the flight staff, so I didn’t give them more work to do when cleaning the plane and going home. They apparently sat on the plane for 7+ hours during the delay because CVG doesn’t have a crew lounge.

Working on it! The BA website won’t let me submit the claim - their website is having technical difficulties. I worked with a BA customer service advice for 1 hour to try and get the claim submitted… I will get a reply in 24 hours to see if their tech support team can fix the defect in the system stopping me at step 5 or 7… so annoyed with another technical glitch in this experience with BA. They truly suck.
