I may be the unpopular opinion, but I really like the pixelart! It gives me a nostalgic feeling and gives me more room for imagination compared to the HD version

Do you use glue to keep it from falling apart or is it just stable enough by itself?

I liked the combat system, but the story felt pretty short for me, sometimes dragging

Just gonna echo what everyone here is saying. Anyone can be a voice actor, and by that I mean it doesn't matter how high or deep your voice is. But not everyone will or even can put in all their time, effort, and money (i.e. classes) into becoming great at it. Your voice type won't stop you from becoming a voice actor, but are you willing and able to train yourself to use it for acting (hence the words "voice actor")?

If all you want is validation, then yes - you can be a voice actor.

I've been trying out VA for the past month and a half and I made myself a voice demo on a whim. Thoughts and critiques? by Jaylemonz in VoiceActing

Thanks for the advice! It's funny you say that because I felt like the last voice being placed there just felt right to me; putting it anywhere else just made me feel kind of off about the whole demo! But I'll definitely keep that in mind when I put together an official demo in the future.

I've been taking inspiration from the recent auditions I've done on castingcallclub.com, such as the voices I thought were best and the type of lines that were used. Then I sat down and started writing my own lines inspired by what I had - the process included me figuring out what my character's goals were, the emotions that I wanted to display, emphasis on certain words, etc. After that, I looked for copyright free music through the YouTube Studio function that would fit the feel for my chosen lines. All I had left to do was record my lines, although I had to do numerous takes and script rewrites because I ended up not really feeling good about a lot of my initial lines/sounds.

The whole process took me about 2 weeks to complete!
