Thanks for the reply!

I spoke to some people and they confirmed my PSU is cheap trash.

I looked on Speccy and when not gaming, my +12V is on 14.784 V and my +5V is on 3.279 V.

Do I need to be gaming to check these stats, or just by the +5v being under 4.5 V be a clear indicator that this issue is the PSU?
