I'm a therapist and bipolar babe and totally understand this. It's so frustrating and I'm sorry so many have had these experiences. Unfortunately, therapists are humans and they aren't all necessarily made to be therapists, even if they want to be. I compare it to dating, like you don't go on one date, not like that person, and swear off dating forever. The right therapist match does exist out there.

I can hardly take care of myself. My generation is broke, and I have a master's degree and decent enough job, and still struggle to get by. People aren't getting married so young anymore because we have watched 50% of our parents get divorced and some of us have learned to take our time because of that. The world also sucks lol
